Kamloops Pilot Program for Industry and Government

Overview ReductionTech invites municipal and industrial partners in Kamloops to participate in a low‑stress, turnkey pilot demonstrating our combined CO₂ Crusher and Hydroxyl Emitter technologies. The pilot is designed to minimize site disruption while delivering auditable greenhouse gas reductions, rapid operational learning, and clear pathways to industrial reuse of the treated carbon product.

Why Kamloops is ideal

Kamloops offers logistical advantages, supportive municipal leadership, and proximity to industrial partners and testing facilities. The pilot leverages local accelerator support and municipal collaboration to shorten permitting timelines and maximize community benefits.

Pilot scope and deliverables

  • Duration: 8–16 weeks from site confirmation to final report.
  • Equipment: containerized CO₂ Crusher and Hydroxyl Emitter co‑located on a single footprint.
  • Deliverables: site readiness assessment, installation and commissioning, continuous MRV data stream, interim performance reports, final validation report with mass balance and emissions avoided, and a commercialization briefing.

Minimal site requirements

  • Footprint: 10–20 m² secure area or equivalent placement.
  • Power: standard 120/240V supply or generator access.
  • Access: private property site already selected
  • Single point of contact: operations or facilities liaison for coordination.

Funding and incentives

  • Cost sharing: ReductionTech will integrate available grants and stipends, including Impact Canada and early customer pilot support, to reduce host cash outlay.
  • Stipend option: early customer stipend available to offset hosting costs and accelerate uptake.
  • Procurement readiness: we provide a complete package for grant and procurement reviewers to expedite approvals.

Monitoring, reporting and verification

  • Built‑in MRV: continuous monitoring of treatment rates, mass balances, and emissions avoided with auditable datasets.
  • Certification pathway: pilot data prepared for third‑party validation and CSA or equivalent certification processes.
  • Data sharing: partners receive full MRV outputs under agreed confidentiality terms.

Safety, compliance and community engagement

  • EHS controls: documented safety procedures, operator training, and emergency plans.
  • Regulatory support: permit guidance and community engagement briefings to minimize local friction.

Next steps to participate

  • Express interest: submit a short summary (location, firm, industry).
  • Receive pilot package: procurement‑ready one‑page summary, technical brief, and cost estimate within 72 hours.
  • Confirm schedule: we will align commissioning with your operational windows and any pending funding decisions.
